Episode 50

Here comes the fiftieth episode of this vanity project. So much time spent on what I deem to be “reputable” sounds; hopefully you’ve found me agreeable.

This basement (Hi, Anthony) that I’ve spent much of this project’s undertaking has cooked my brain so I am curious if the progressions make sense outside of this place in the world.

Side one is largely straight-forward and blackened; side two is relatively quiet, lyrics-wise. I’ll see you soon for more nonsense. I’ll see you all the first Wednesday of October.

Episode 47

Another stroll down the calendar, another iteration of your least-favorite mixtape project. Does it date me that I insist on that “-tape” affix? Probably.

Lotsa punk and distortion this month. Little to be had, synth-wise; just how it goes sometimes. I found myself pleased that a number of artists I’ve long meant to include in an episode found themselves to be.
