Episode 72

Greetings, this episode marks the end of the sixth cycle of this project. Next month will mark its sixth anniversary; I’m not good at basic math.

We kick things off with some noisy experimentation before gliding into more familiar blackened material. The second side begins with slower material before smashing into a sizable crust blossom that subsides into some slow-burn material.

That’s all I have to say subject matter-wise. Look after your own and don’t let these fascist bastards wear you down. I will return the first Wednesday of August for the sixth anniversary.

Episode 70

Getting this month’s episode in at the last moment. Hopefully you haven’t been waiting too long. This installment has a strong rock music foundation I’d say. There aren’t too many

oddities this month, but that’s not a bad thing. I’d say it’s actually a rather upbeat affair save for the end. But that’s for you to suss out, I suppose.

Episode 69

The sexiest episode in the entire history of A•E is now at your disposal. Not due to any actual content, but because I’m a simpleton at the end of the day. I am a sucker for low-hanging fruit and here we are.

This episode features a perhaps more-than-healthy dose of the synthesized beeps and mashes to accompany the regular distorted noise that is a staple of this project. That’s great.

I am also writing this from the past as travel plans require I finish this episode earlier than usual. Hopefully the kleptocrats currently empowered will not be so emboldened as to outlaw this seditious blasphemy. Anyway, here’s the heresy.

Thanks as always for the continued support, I will return the first Wednesday of April.

Episode 63

Greetings! Fall has returned and with it my mood has been buoyed. This month’s installment was nearly tardy as we’ve been experiencing ailments in the AE HQ so my attention had been directed there. However, all is well in the household so I have been able to provide you with another ~hour’s-worth of musical filth.

Front half is pretty heavy on the metal tentpoles of this project and the second half is steeped in punk and its numerous offshoots. Revolutionary stuff, I tell ya. I think you’ll enjoy it.

Episode 62

Welcome back. I’ve got a bit of an “in like a lion, out like a lamb” situation for you all this month. Hopefully the noise and power electronics that kick off this episode doesn’t deter the fainter of heart. New things are good for you. Still lots of guitar-based music if that’s your thing, worry not.

Episode 61

Greetings, with this episode Anxiety Eternal has been a festering sore on the face of society for five years. Much has changed in the world-at-large (and in your selector’s corner) in the past half decade and I appreciate all who have taken the ride. That being said, the music is the focus here, not reflection.

With Summer in full swing I felt the need to inject some speed into the mix which I feel has been lacking of late. Worry not, as the dirges and the misery also show themselves so as not to overwhelm the senses with pace for pace’s sake. There’s not much more to add other than thanks as always for any and all support. I will return the first Wednesday of September with the next installment. Anxiety Eternal is Eternal.
