Episode 75.5: Samhain Special VI

Here we go again, the sixth installment of the Samhain series is now ready for your attention. For the uninitiated, this is an annual experiment in testing my listeners’ patience. A shorter episode in which I basically make a Halloween sound effects tape out of “intro(s),” “outro(s),” “interlude(s),” and other snippets of (mostly) instrumental passages. It’s a bullshit “dungeon synth” album, I guess. Anyway, I hope (think?) you’ll enjoy it. If not, a regular episode will be arriving shortly.

Episode 64

Greetings. I love doing this thing on the first Wednesday of every month. Anyway, I won’t wade into the failings of US electoral politics, there’s enough gloom in these songs. The short of it would be the first half is heavy on post-punk and its off-shoots; the second half is heavy on metal and punk off-shoots.
